Your
agency/client cannot pay you as an individual - you must have
Limited Company Status.
Filetravel Overseas Limited provides this in a very economical
way through the umbrella company system. This means that instead
of having the trouble of setting up your own company and the
attendant running costs - upon registering with Filetravel you
would be allotted, via a nominee, one or more shares in our
profit distribution company which will enable you to receive
all or part of your remuneration in the form of a dividend.
This allows a considerable economy of scale in that the company
management charges can be widely spread and has the benefit
of enabling us to keep our monthly service fee down to a very
competitive £200 FIXED per month (excluding Professional
Indemnity cover and money transmission fees).
After registration with us which is very easy through our website
at www.filetraveloverseas.com or by email we contact the agency
or client who is providing the contract in order to help with
any administration and we will sign the contract as nominee
for the contractor if required. We are then ready to invoice
the agency or client as soon as the first work period details
have been notified to us by the contractor by email, fax or
phone. As long as we receive these details by no later than
4.45pm we undertake to get the invoice to the client the same
day.
When the agency or client has paid the invoice and we have cleared
effects we undertake to process the payment to the contractor
by the quickest possible means. To this end we operate an electronic
money transfer system, in any currency, provided by one of the
major clearing banks.
WE DO NOT PAY YOUR TAXES - these are your responsibility. We
can however recommend sources of tax advice, in most jurisdictions
upon request.
In response to demand from agencies, clients and contractors
we now provide Professional Indemnity Cover. This is a compulsory
provision for which there is a monthly charge of £12.00
which will be deducted with the normal monthly fee from payments
received from your agency. The only occasions when this will
not be charged is when the agency/client contract confirms that
adequate cover is provided.
